Lynn is a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor in Mat & Reformer and is a member of Can-Fit-Pro. She maintains her certified status by attending annual STOTT PILATES® continuing education workshops.
With a background of over 21 years of experience as a regulated health care professional as an Occupational Therapist, Lynn is able to accurately assess her clients strengths and needs to develop the optimal pilates program, and safely achieve their fitness goals.
Lynn also instructs the pilates method of exercise with rehabilitation clients within the studio.
Lynn relocated to Fenelon Falls with her family in 2006 and established Oak Street Pilates & Rehabilitation in her home based studio in
April of 2007. In addition to private and semi private sessions, Lynn offers small group classes (max 5), which enable her clients to receive the benefits of personal training at group rates. Small class sizes allow Lynn to facilitate correct exercise technique and modify exercises for each individual. This ensures personal safety and maximum benefits reaped from your pilates journey.
In April 2016 Lynn successfully completed training with Master Wing Cheung of the Tai Chi, Qigong & Feng Shui Institute to become a certified instructor in Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi: Set 1. Lynn is now offering small weekly group Shibashi classes. Visit Class Schedule for the days and times Shibashi classes are being offered.
